1500 g sirloin 200 g oil 50 g garlic 300 g onion 30 g salt 1 g chilli pepper 40 g ground pepper 1 g marjoram 460 g sterilised beans 340 g sterilised carrots 200 g capers 20 g parsley

1. Salt, pepper and fry the tenderloin cubes in a batch of oil so that they are pink inside. 2. Cook the chopped garlic, onion, finely chopped capers, sterilised beans and carrots with the tenderloin. Season with spices and let the water evaporate. 3. Sprinkle the thick stew with parsley and serve with steamed rice.
