1. Soak the picked and washed beans in cold water for at least 4 h, then cook them under a lid until tender. 2. Fry the finely chopped onion in lard, add the flour, fry and pour in the lukewarm stock. 3. Stir well, add spices, rubbed garlic, simmer and strain into the cooked beans, finally add the jam diluted with water and simmer. 4. Before serving, season the soup with soup seasoning.
