Rollades of scraped beef butt and other ingredients.

Procedure:
1. Scrape or mince the cleaned, washed meat in a meat grinder, season
2. Add finely grated horseradish, egg yolks and oil and mix well
3. Spread the mixture on parchment paper, drizzle with lemon juice and top with finely chopped onion and cucumber slices
4. Roll up the paper into a roll, leave in the fridge for about 1 hour
5. Serve the roll sliced, garnished with parsley.
