1/2 kg coarse flour 1/4 litre milk 20 g yeast 2 pcs egg yolk 50 g butter 50 g sugar to taste salt, honey, butter
procedure
1. Add yeast mixed with sugar, lukewarm milk, egg yolks, salt, melted butter to the flour and work into a dough. Let it rise. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and prick out the rounds with a round mould. 2. Then fry them in hot lard. Put a knob of butter on the fried ones and drizzle with honey.
