Tartelety with red cabbage and cottage cheese

Salty dessert from France. There are, of course, many variations, both savoury and sweet “Tartelettes”, i.e. cupcakes filled with different fillings.

Procedure:
1. Grind the hazelnuts, then mix them with flour, butter cut into pieces, salt and water to make a smooth dough
2. Line 4-6 greased and floured moulds with the dough, refrigerate for 1 hour
3. Stew the cleaned, finely shredded cabbage together with the finely chopped onion in butter for about 4 minutes, pour in the port wine, season with salt and pepper, add the raisins and leave to cool
4. Mix in the egg, fresh cheese and milk, season with salt and pepper
5. Divide the red cabbage between the batter in the moulds, pour the egg mixture over the top and bake
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 40-45 minutes
7. Serve these savoury cupcakes warm
