Tartar steak with caviar and basil

100 g beef tenderloin 1 pk egg yolk 1/2 pk shallot 1 tsp mustard 1 tsp worcestershire sauce Tabasco 4 leaves fresh basil salt ground black pepper 2 tsp caviar

Place the pre-greased beef (real sirloin) in a bowl, add finely diced shallots, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, finely chopped basil, salt and ground black pepper

Toss everything together.

Serve by placing the prepared steak tartare in a mould and placing a few spoonfuls of caviar on top.
4.
Serve with toast.
