Tartar steak Asian style
ingredients
250 g beef tenderloin 1 tbsp fresh ginger 2 tbsp onion 1 tbsp fish sauce 1 tbsp oyster sauce 1 tbsp lemon juice Tabasco 1 tbsp oil

1 egg yolk 1/2 tsp light and black sesame seeds

First, use a knife to rub the beef tenderloin fine

Next, progressively add all the ingredients to the bowl with the meat – the finely diced ginger, finely diced onion, fish and oyster sauce, lemon juice and Tabasco to taste, oil.

Toss everything together well and set aside to allow the flavours to combine for about 15 minutes.

Serve with egg yolk and sprinkled with light and black sesame seeds.
