Tapas of goat cheese, dried ham and fried beans

Tapas aren’t just appetizers or small bite-sized snacks to go with wine or beer, they’ve recently become a separate part of the culinary arts. This recipe is for tapas made with sheep’s cheese coated in English bacon (Al horno) and sautéed beans (Jamon beans).

1. First prepare the goat cheese; cut the cheese roll into rounds about 2 cm thick, roll them in ham and secure with toothpicks, fry them in olive oil
2. Rinse the frozen beans with boiling water, drain them thoroughly, fry the chopped bacon in olive oil together with the sliced garlic, add the drained beans and fry them too

Serve the slices of bread as a side dish.
