Fantastic combination of minced meat and salad in a bread pancake A great Turkish dish that you can make at home in minutes!
1.
Place the minced meat without oil in a pan and let it simmer, stirring occasionally to let its own juices out. Once it has released its juices, let it come to a full boil.
2.
In the meantime, cut the tomatoes into smaller cubes, the onions into thin marigolds, or thin quarters Chop the parsley as well, and keep the Vegetable Recipes cut like this aside for now.
3.
When the meat juices have boiled off, add the paprika, salt and oil. Then pour water over the whole thing and let it bubble slowly for 15 minutes.
4.
While the meat is cooking we will finish our salad and prepare the Arabic thin bread. You can also use Tortilla, but I personally don’t like Tortilla very much, I like the Arabic bread better
5.
After 15 minutes, place the bread on top of the bubbling meat in the pan and leave it there until it is well heated and softened. Take it out, flip it over and fill along the ground meat. Put our salad next to the meat and also the diced tomatoes Finally, just twist

Tantuni is a really delicious and very simple dish. It tastes fantastic, thanks to the combination of the meat and that particular salad Don’t be afraid of the parsley salad, it gives a completely different, amazing flavour in this dish Depending on your taste, you can serve Ayran with Tantuni too. Enjoy!
