Tagliatelle with salmon and tomatoes
ingredients
250 g tagliatelle 400 g salmon 1/2 pk onion 100 g cherry tomatoes to taste salt to taste ground black pepper 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp chopped herbs a little olive oil
procedure
1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to the instructions on the package. Drain and drizzle with a little olive oil. 2. Wash, dry and cut the salmon into small cubes. Season with salt, pepper, soy sauce and herbs. 3. In a frying pan, fry the finely chopped onion in hot oil. Then add the salmon and, towards the end of the cooking time, the cherry tomatoes cut in half. Finally, add the pasta to the pan and mix everything together.
