Tagliatelle with cream sauce and grilled fish

1 packet tagliatelle pasta 200 g white fish fillets (for example cod) 200 g mushrooms 200 ml cooking cream 100 g g grated cheese pcs lemon pcs ground black pepper pcs sweet ground paprika pcs salt pcs parsley

Simple quick meal ready in 15 minutes.

Sauce – fry cleaned and sliced mushrooms in oil, add cooking cream and a handful of grated cheese, e.g. eidam. Bring to the boil, stir until the cheese melts. Season with salt, pepper and a pinch of red pepper for colour

Dry, salt, pepper and grill the fish, I seared it rare on both sides and then stuck it on a baking tray under the grill for 10 minutes. Drizzle with lemon and set aside to keep warm.

Cook the pasta – cook as directed, do not rinse with cold water. When they are cooked to our liking, transfer them to the hot sauce in a saucepan and mix well. The sauce will stick beautifully to the hot pasta.

Place the pasta and sauce on a plate, place the fish pieces on top, sprinkle with parsley and enjoy 🙂
