Milk and sugar boil. Mix the other ingredients together and when the milk and sugar are boiling, stir in the mixture. Simmer for a while, turn off the heat and let cool down a bit.

Once cooled, spoon onto a greased and floured baking tray or bake on baking paper. Pat with a wet spoon and bake in a low oven (about 150 °C) for about 15-20 minutes. Do not over bake.
3.
After cooling, dip the bottom in chocolate icing.
