Sweet puff pastry with cottage cheese

ingredients
1 pk puff pastry (roll 275 g) 200 g cottage cheese flavored with cereal pecans, crushed small freeze-dried fruits 25 g chocolate 1 pk egg (for spreading)
progress
Cheese puff pastry with pecans and freeze-dried small fruit.
1.
Part out the puff pastry and cut into equal squares on a baking sheet. Separate them from each other so they don’t stick together when baking.
2.
In each square, mark a smaller square about 1 cm from the edges. Using a knife, cut the dough thoroughly according to the markings, but leave about 3-4 mm uncut in the middle of each side.
3.
Place a dollop of cottage cheese in the centre with a spoon, gradually lift all the outer corners towards the centre (separating a small square), press them together, make a well, decorate with pecans and brush the whole pastry with beaten egg.
4.
Move the pastry paper carefully onto the baking sheet. Bake at 220°C for about 10 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 180°C and bake until golden brown.
5.
Transfer the baked pastries with the baking sheet to a wire rack. When cool, spoon the chocolate melted in the water bath into the centre wells and sprinkle with the crushed freeze-dried fruit. Enjoy!
