Soup insert prepared from eggs, semi-coarse flour, chopped parsley and mace.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Beat the egg whites, whip the snow, into which stir in the flour, mace, egg yolks and parsley, salt the mixture
2. Pour the batter into a greased and floured baking tin and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for about 5 minutes, until golden brown
3. Cut the candle into rectangles and use fresh as an insert in soups or sauces.
