Spooned meat braised with root Vegetable Recipes until tender, served with cream sauce, garnished with whipped cream, cranberries and lemon slices.

Ingredients:

800 g of back beef 150 groot Vegetable Recipes (carrots, parsley, celery) 50 g of bacon 4 pcs of black peppercorns 3 pcs of allspice 2 pcs of bay leaf 1 pcs of onion 4 tbsp oil 3 tsp sugar 2 tbsp smooth flour 400 ml meat stock /td> 250 ml cream juice of 1/2 lemon salt For garnish: lemon slices whipped cream cranberries

Procedure:

Rinse the cleaned meat, pat dry, pierce with bacon cut into wedges, brown on all sides in a pot of heated oil and remove

.In the fat, fry the cleaned root Vegetable Recipes cut into noodles and the peeled finely chopped onion, add the spices, put the meat back, pour a little broth and simmer under the lid (about 60 minutes) as needed, basting occasionally with broth

Slice the soft meat, strain the juices, dust with flour, fry, pour in the remaining stock and cream, boil well, then strain or blend the sauce and season with lemon juice and sugar

On a plate, pour the sauce over the meat slices and serve with the bread dumplings, garnish with a spoonful of cranberries, a dollop of whipped cream and a slice of lemon.

Recommendation:

Creamed sirloin steak is prepared according to traditional recipes from roast beef tenderloin, which was replaced by beef butt from the middle of the last century, probably for economic reasons or simply because real sirloin was in short supply at the time. Even nowadays, real sirloin is a luxury, overpriced meat, so it certainly doesn’t matter if you make it from beef hind, you just have to bake the meat longer.
