Sprayed meat cooked with Vegetable Recipes and spices until tender, served sliced with cream sauce.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Clean the meat well, salt and pepper in several places and press short bacon fries into the holes
2. Melt the butter in a pan, add the cleaned, diced onions, carrots, parsley and celery and stir until the onions and Vegetable Recipes get a nice golden colour, then add the peppercorns and allspice, bay leaves and thyme
3. Fry the meat on all sides in hot oil, so that it becomes browned, season lightly with salt, place in a baking dish with the browned Vegetable Recipes, cover lightly with water, place in the oven and bake at 180 °C until tender, basting occasionally with hot water as needed
4. In a saucepan, melt the sugar to a light caramel, pour in the juices left over from the roasting, add the strained Vegetable Recipes and simmer the sauce for 10 minutes, finally soften with cream and season with salt and lemon juice
6. Pour the sauce over the slices of meat and serve with bread dumplings, garnished with lemon slices, cranberries and whipped cream.
Recommendation:
Because of today’s prices of real sirloin, beef butt can also be used for this recipe.
