320 g Lunter smoked tofu 1 packet fresh arugula 2 handfuls strawberries 2 pcs peach to taste salt 4 KL lemon juice olive oil

Heat up your grill, grill pan or toaster oven, whichever you have available. Slice the peach, cut the tofu in half.

Place the peach slices, tofu on the hot grill, grill pan or toaster and grill.
3.
Rinse arugula under running water, drain and place in a deep bowl.
4.
Slice the washed strawberries and add to the arugula. Season the salad with olive oil, lemon juice and salt to taste.
5.
When the grilled peaches have softened and the tofu has acquired a brown crust, remove them from the grill and serve on the salad.
