Fish soup made of urchins.

Procedure:
1. Scraped, gutted and cleaned urchins are washed well and boiled in salted water with grated and cleaned Vegetable Recipes for about 30 minutes
2. Fill the soup with boiling water to 1.5 litres, pour in the cream whisked with plain flour, season with ground pepper, add butter, put in the pieces of meat, stir, season and serve.
