Dessert for a children’s party.
1.
Prepare the gelatine hearts the day before. Mix the juice with a whisk and milk. Dissolve the swollen gelatin over medium heat (heat-do not boil).
2.
Add 2 tablespoons of the strawberry-milk drink to the lukewarm gelatin and stir into the rest of the gelatin, stirring constantly. Pour the gelatine into a wider container in a layer about 1 cm high and refrigerate until the next day. This time is not included in the recipe preparation time. When the hearts are set, use a small cookie cutter to cut them out.
3.
Heat the whipping cream for the chocolate ganache to below boiling point (do not boil), pour the hot cream over the broken chocolate and let stand for a few minutes. Then mix thoroughly with a whisk until smooth and let set in the refrigerator.
4.
Bind the bundles together and decorate with the cream using a piping bag and a piping tip. Finally, place the gelatine hearts in the cream and leave to set in the fridge. Enjoy!
