Filling
a little chopped parsley a little garlic 3 tbsp breadcrumbs 2 pcs egg yolk a little lemon zest a little salt a little ground black pepper 2 pcs egg white

Clean the trout, gut them, wash them, sprinkle the outside with salt and ground black pepper and drizzle with lemon juice. Fill the inside with the prepared stuffing. Brush appropriately sized pieces of foil with oil and wrap each fish separately.

Bake in a preheated oven at medium temperature for about 35 to 40 min. Serve with potato croquettes.

Make the filling with chopped parsley and a few chopped garlic cloves mixed with 3 tablespoons of fine breadcrumbs. Add 2 egg yolks, a little grated lemon rind, salt, ground black pepper and finally stiff whipped cream from 2 egg whites.
