Stuffed Rye Bun

The Klatovy Poultry Plant has created several recipes for tasty snacks for children and adults prepared in a few minutes. Among them is this recipe for a bun smeared with cottage cheese spread or fresh cheese, stuffed with poultry ham, shallots and lettuce leaves.

Ingredients:

Rule for 1 serving: 1 piece of edible buns 1 piece shallots 2 pcs sliced chicken breast ham of the highest quality from the Klatovy Poultry Plant 1 leaf or more leaves any kind of lettuce (beet leaves, field greens, spinach, romaine lettuce) 2 tablespoons of cottage cheese spread or fresh cheese

Procedure:

Cut the bun in half. Spread both sides with cottage cheese spread or fresh cheese.

Place some lettuce leaves on the bottom, sliced shallots, lettuce leaves again and cover the top of the bun.

Finally, fold the two pieces together.
