The recipe is quite simple. As the title of the recipe suggests, anyone can use whatever the fridge will provide, just according to taste and imagination. The potatoes are great as a side dish with roast meat, cauliflower fritters, or on their own with a little tartar sauce. In summer they are delicious with fresh cucumber salad.
1.
Clean the potatoes or leave the skin on (for new potatoes). Use a knife to make an incision in each potato.
2.
In alternating order, add the durable sausage, sausage, bacon and cheese. If fresh Vegetable Recipes, add tomatoes, peppers.
3.
In a bowl, mix vegetable oil, pressed garlic and salt. Brush the potatoes with this mixture before baking. Sprinkle with cumin and pepper, who likes, can use barbecue seasoning, gyros…
4.
Place in a baking dish, cover with foil and bake at 180°C. When the potatoes are soft, remove the foil, brush once more with seasoned oil and bake to form a crust on the surface.
