1. Boil the potatoes in the skin, peel and mash. Add the flour, egg, salt and make a dough. 2. On a floured paddle, divide the dough into equal pieces, which you mash and stuff. Wrap the filled dough, form into slices and fry in lard. 3. Stuffing: Fry the finely chopped onion in the lard. Add chopped cleaned mushrooms, salt and smother.
