Stuffed peppers with pasta

ingredients

500 g minced pork shoulder meat 1 pk medium onion 4 tbsp rice (ideally round grain) 2 pk larger eggs salt, ground pepper

Paradise sauce

6 tbsp vegetable oil 3 tbsp plain flour (type 00 1 pk small chopped onion 2 tbsp tomato puree (al. ketchup) 4 pk bay leaf sugar, salt to taste water/broth to taste

6 pk green pepper pasta rings fresh basil or oregano to taste

A simple and filling dish easy to prepare. Suitable for lunch or dinner.

Wash the peppers and remove the seeds.

Mash the meat along with onion add salt, black ground pepper, eggs, wash the rice and add to the minced meat. Mix the whole mixture and fill the peppers with it.

Put the oil in a bigger pot add the onion chopped finely test it.

Next add the flour make a light roux in which we put the bay leaf pour the broth or water.

Mix the puree season with salt, sugar.

Place the stuffed peppers in the sauce. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, covered, for 45 minutes.

Cook pasta.

When cooked, serve with pasta, dumplings or potatoes. Enjoy.
