Stuffed Easter Eggs

An Easter feast in Poland is not without tables laden with all sorts of goodies, such as stuffed eggs, which are tasty and easy to prepare. You can choose both cold and fried. Here is the recipe for stuffed eggs. Use this dish as an appetizer or as part of an Easter buffet.

Ingredients:

6 pcs large hard-boiled eggs 8 pcs of ham slices 8 pcs 4 teaspoons of cheese (gherkin or louin type) 4 teaspoons of cheese (gherkin or louin type) 4 teaspoons of sour cream 2 teaspoons mustard 2 teaspoons chopped parsley freshly ground pepper salt Optional: 1 cup breadcrumbs and butter for frying

Procedure:

Slice the eggs, peel the yolks and mix them well with all the ingredients.

Fill the egg whites generously with the mixture and adjust the surface to taste. You can further garnish the eggs with pieces of Vegetable Recipes or herbs.

Recommendation:

You can also try a version where the filled eggs are sprinkled with breadcrumbs, covered with melted butter and baked in the oven on the grill until the breadcrumbs are golden.
