Juicy chicken breast stuffed with the most delicious combination. At least for me 🙂
1.
Clean the chicken breasts and cut each piece in half lengthwise. Tenderize, salt and pepper on each side
2.
Slather each piece with tartar sauce, place a slice of ham on top. Put a spoonful of thawed spinach, a handful of grated cheese and squeezed garlic to taste. Wrap into a roll and wrap with bacon. If necessary, tie the chicken breasts together with a toothpick to keep the filling from coming out.
3.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and sear the pieces vigorously on each side to coat the meat.
4.
Transfer the roasted pieces to a baking tray, cover with a little water and place in the oven for approximately 12-15 minutes at 130 degrees.
5.
Remove the toothpicks, cut and serve. Today, I made a bacon and leek mashed potatoes to go with the meat. Enjoy!
