Strawberry dumplings from cheesecake dough

1 kg soft fat curd 500 g coarse flour 4 pcs egg 25 pcs strawberries for filling 5 tbsp sour cream 4 tbsp butter 4 tbsp powdered sugar 1 pinch of salt
procedure
1. Put the cottage cheese in a large bowl, add a pinch of salt, beat the eggs, add the flour and mix the dough to make sure it is not runny. Alternatively, add a little more flour (depending on the curd). Let the dough rest for a while. In the meantime, boil water in a saucepan and add a little salt. 2. On a floured board, roll out the dough into a sheet about 4 cm high. Cut it into equal parts, in which you pack the strawberries. Cook the dumplings for 5-8 minutes. Using a flat sieve or a slotted spoon, remove the dumplings to a plate, sprinkle with icing sugar, drizzle with melted butter and garnish with sour cream.
