Stir-fried rice with chicken

Wash the chicken breast and cut into small cubes. Then salt them, season with ground black pepper put basil and let them stand for about 20 minutes. Clean the onions and cut them into small cubes and put them in hot oil in a frying pan. Clean the garlic cloves and crush them. Then wash the tomato and cut it into small cubes and add it to the pan. Stir everything to fry the onions and let the tomatoes release their juices and add water as needed. Add the diced chicken breasts and stir.Then sprinkle with the ground red hot pepper and stir. Cook the chicken breasts for about 30 minutes.

Clean and dice the onion and put it in a pan with hot oil. Clean the garlic cloves and crush them. Then wash and cut the tomato into small cubes and add them to the pan. Stir everything to fry the onions and let the tomatoes release their juices and add water as needed.

Add the diced chicken breasts and stir.Then sprinkle with the ground red hot pepper and stir. Cook the chicken breasts for about 30 minutes.

Place the rice in a sieve and rinse 2 times with cold water. Allow the starch to drain well. Meanwhile, heat about 500 ml of water in a saucepan. Rinse the rice one last time with hot, not boiling, water and let it drain. Put the rice in the pot and add the oil and salt. Cover the pot and wait for the rice to boil. The lid will alert you when it starts to bubble. Turn down the heat and simmer it for about 10 minutes on a low flame. After 10 minutes, turn off the heat, cover the rice with the lid and let it sit for 5 more minutes.

Place the rice on a plate and mix it with the chicken. Grate the cheese on top and place in the oven to bake for about 5 minutes.
