Stewed rice with cloves

400 g rice 1 pk onion 3 tbsp fat 3 pk cloves to taste salt, water

Wash the rice. Grease a pan and let half of the onion turn golden brown. Then add the rice, brown a little, add the other half of the onion, and prick the cloves into it. Cover with water, season with salt and bring to the boil. After turning off the heat, let it simmer for another 8 minutes.
