Spaghetti alla carbonara with burrata cheese

Quick dish in 30 minutes. Try Italian spaghetti alla carbonara for example seasoned with burrata cheese.

Ingredients:

For 4 people: 360 g of spaghetti 100 g guanciale 100 g burrata cheese 40 g shaved pecorino 2 pcs

salt water freshly ground black pepper a few sage leaves toasted in a pan

Procedure:

Cook 360 g of spaghetti.

In a large frying pan, fry 100g of diced guanciale. Cut the burrata cheese into larger chunks.

In a bowl, beat 2 eggs and one egg yolk with 40 g of grated pecorino with a fork. Add a little freshly ground black pepper.

Pour the cooked spaghetti and transfer it to the pan with the guanciale. Stir well, remove from the heat and add the beaten eggs, mixing quickly. P

Add the burrata pieces, including the inside, and serve on plates. You can garnish with a few sage leaves sautéed in the pan beforehand.
