200 g puff pastry dough 4 pcs white mould cheese 1 KL ketchup 1 pk egg yolk to spread a little plain flour, fresh herbs, ground pepper, flour to sprinkle on the board
1. Roll out the puff pastry into a thin sheet and cut it into 4 equal parts. Brush each square with ketchup, sprinkle with pepper and chopped herbs.
