Blanquette of veal with peas and carrots, is a delicious traditional dish made with boiled meat and a creamy sauce. The recipe is easy enough to prepare for 6 people, ideal as a family meal.
Ingredients for 6 people: – 7 sp / person – 1 kg of veal shoulder 400 g of peas 1 diced carrot 1 diced small zucchini 2 onions 30 cl of fresh cream 5% mg 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley salt, pepper.
Put the veal in a saucepan then cover with cold water, add the diced onions, salt and pepper then cook for 50 minutes.
Remove the meat and reduce the liquid by half, then add the cream, diced carrot, zucchini and peas then put the meat back and cook for 10 minutes.
Add the parsley then serve your veal blanquette immediately.
