Healthy and especially incredibly delicious salmon, whose flavour is enhanced by fresh thyme together with lemon.
1.
First, wash and dry your salmon. If we have one with skin, cut it out.

Prepare two salmon fillets and season with salt and pepper (save the pepper and salt if making for children).

Then drizzle with the juice of half a lemon.
4.
Marinate the prepared salmon for 15 minutes.
5.
Add boiling water to the steamer to reduce cooking time.
6.
Add lemon slices and sprigs of fresh thyme to the boiling water.
7.
Add the salmon tray (it must not touch the boiled water).
8.
Spray the pan with olive oil.
9.
Wait for the water to boil and add the salmon slices.
10.
Steam the salmon slices closed for 7 minutes, or depending on the size of the salmon. So that it remains tender and easy to slice. Nice and pink.
