500 g semi-coarse flour a little salt 25 g yeast 60 g fat 80 g powdered sugar 2 pcs egg 3,5 dl milk
step
1. Then roll it out into a 2 cm thick sheet, cut out the doughnut shapes with a doughnut mould, place them on a greased baking tray and leave to rise. 2. Press the risen dolky a little and bake on both sides in a well heated oven. Flavour to taste with jam, granola, sugar or fruit.
