Steamed Chinese mushrooms with prawns

60 g dried mushrooms 2 tbsp soy sauce 3 tbsp sesame oil 1 tbsp palm sugar 1 kg shrimps 6 pcs young onions 1/2 pcs large celery 2 tbsp coriander 1/2 tsp fish sauce 1 pcs chili pepper 1/4 tsp sesame oil
procedure
1. Soak the mushrooms in hot water for 20 minutes. Drain and discard the liquid. Trim the mushroom caps and discard. Add soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil to 1 cup of the discarded liquid. 2. Heat the remaining sesame oil in a wok or skillet. Roast the mushrooms on the light side only until browned. Sprinkle with palm sugar and roast for another minute. Add the reserved seasoned liquid, cover and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes. 3. In a blender, coarsely chop the prawn meat. Transfer to a bowl and mix with the baby onions, celery, coriander, fish sauce, chillies and sesame oil. Steam the mushrooms for 15 minutes.
