Starch Omelette

A mixture of beaten eggs, cream, breadcrumbs and spices fried in omelette form in lard and lightly fried crackling. I got the recipe from A. Motlíková.

Procedure:
1. Beat the eggs thoroughly with the cream and breadcrumbs, season with salt and pepper
2. Put the cracklings and a little lard in a pan and let them fry a little, then pour in the egg mixture and let it set, then turn it over and finish the omelette (just let the eggs set, they don’t need to be fully browned so they don’t get too dry).
