How to make a vegetable stir-fry
Ingredients
. Country eggs, 2 pc Country egg yolk, 1 pc Fresh peeled peas, a handful Garlic, 2 pc Green beans, 6 pc Avocado, 1/2 pc Butter, 2 tsp Cream cheese, 1/2 tsp Salt and freshly ground black pepper, c/s
Step 1
The first thing to do is chop the garlic and separate the peas from the pods. This is a task that requires patience, you can also buy them shelled in some greengrocers or use good frozen peas, always better than canned. Remove the tips of the green beans, peel the sides to remove any possible hardness that may have and cut diagonally.

In the same frying pan used to cook the eggs, add the tablespoon of butter and add the Vegetable Recipes along with a pinch of salt. Cook for a couple of minutes until softened, but always just right.
