If you have a piece of cooked smoked meat left over, make a tasty savoury spread once or twice and your breakfast or lunch is taken care of.
1.
Tear the cooked smoked meat into small pieces. Hard boil the eggs. Grate the chips.
2.
Place the torn meat, grated parsnip and hard-boiled egg cut into small cubes in the bottom of the bowl. Toss everything lightly with a spoon.
3.
Add butter mixed with sour cream and horseradish to taste. Season the mixture with salt and pepper and mix lightly. Refrigerate the spread for about 30 minutes.
4.
Cool and spread on sliced whole wheat baguette or homemade bread, garnish with parsley and can be eaten. Serve with homemade pickles. I wish you a good taste!
