Spinach soup with minced spinach
ingredients
250 g spinach 30 g lard 40 g plain flour 20 g onion 2 dl milk to taste salt, pepper, garlic, water
step
Boil the spinach in salted water and drain. Make a roux with the lard and flour, add the grated onion, fry, cover with water and milk, boil. Finally, add the minced spinach, salt, garlic and pepper.
