Spinach scrambled eggs with young onions

2 handfuls baby spinach 3 stalks baby onions 4 pcs egg 1/2 KL soy sauce 1 tbsp olive oil salt ground black pepper
procedure
1.
Fry the sliced young onions in olive oil

Whisk the eggs in a glass and progressively, stirring constantly, pour them in with the onions. Stir gently and when the eggs begin to curdle, add the rinsed baby spinach.
3.
Thoroughly mix and finally lightly season with salt, pepper and 1/2 KL soy sauce.
