Spinach risotto with black olives

300 g basmati rice 500 g frozen spinach 2 pcs onion 1 KL oil 100 g black olives 1 KL ground black pepper 3 KL salt 5 tbsp soy sauce
procedure
1. Cut the onion into strips and fry in the oil until browned. 3. Add thawed spinach, salt, black pepper and soy sauce to the fried onions. 4. Pour in about 300 ml of water and cook everything together for 10 minutes. 5. Finally, add the cooked rice and cook for 3 minutes. Before serving, add the halved black olives to the risotto. Enjoy!
