Spinach pasta with bear garlic

350 g spinach 2 cloves of garlic 50 g green bear garlic 1 pk shallots or young onions 4 pk eggs 250 g of pasta 4 cups oil salt

I didn’t have fresh spinach , so I put leafy home frozen, but it’s better with fresh.

Put the pasta in salted water to cook.

Put the onion and sliced garlic in the pan to fry, put the bear garlic later.

Add the spinach to the fried onions, stirring just lightly to steam and shrink it a bit. I had frozen so I had to reheat the whole thing.

Then add the eggs and turn off the stove.Do not stir.

Drain the hot pasta and immediately toss the undrained hot pasta into the skillet

Salt, stir, this will coat the pasta with the eggs. If the eggs are not done, we can heat the pan a little, but only a little. It must not be scrambled. Enjoy.
