75 g Emco fine oat flakes 125 ml milk 1 pk eggs 50 g fresh spinach pk salt
For the ox eye
4 pk egg 1 pk purple onion pk pepper pk salt pk chilli

Pour milk over oatmeal and let it swell for a few minutes. Add salt, egg and spinach. Blend everything until smooth, adding milk or oats as needed to make a slightly thick batter. Pour a reasonable amount of batter into a medium hot frying pan, spread over the entire surface of the pan and fry on both sides. For the finished pancakes, prepare the ox eye and chopped onion, season with freshly ground pepper and salt or chilli.
