Spinach omelette with mushrooms

100 g bacon 3 pcs egg 1/2 dl milk pcs black pepper 100 g mushrooms in oil 50 g grated mozzarella 20 g fresh baby spinach

In a large frying pan, fry the diced bacon

Meanwhile, make the eggs – break the eggs into a glass, add milk and black pepper. Crack them.

Remove the bacon from the pan and pour in the eggs.

Cover for a moment.

Pile the grated mozzarella, fresh spinach, mushrooms and bacon on half of the omelet.
6.
Fold the omelette over, cover and bake for 3 more minutes.
7.
Serve immediately.
