400 g frozen spinach 2 pcs garlic 1 pk egg salt 200 g plain flour 200 g coarse flour melted cheese in the casing

Beautiful green gnocchi. Yummy!
1.
Thaw the spinach. Add crushed garlic, salt, egg, flour to thicken and water as needed. Place in boiling water to cook for 15 – 20 minutes.

Stir the hot gnocchi with the melted cheese in the casing.

Can also be served with egg.
