Spinach gnocchi with beef on peas and mushrooms
ingredients
Meat
600 g fake sirloin 2 pcs onion oil salt, pepper, red pepper 1,5 dl red wine 200 g fresh mushrooms or frozen 150 g frozen peas
Melons
200 g spinach (fresh or frozen, allowed) 300 g plain flour salt water according to density 1 pk egg 50 g butter

Excellent lunch, or even dinner.
1.
Wash the meat and cut into cubes or slices.

Roast it vigorously in oil and onion, season with salt and pepper, add red pepper and pour half the wine over it.

Cover and simmer, basting with the remaining wine while simmering.

After 1 hour when the meat is tender, add the mushrooms and peas and simmer some more.
5.
Melon: salt the spinach, add the egg, flour and water to make a batter not very stiff.
6.
Stir well and drop the gnocchi through a sieve into the boiling water.
7.
Strain the gnocchi and pour the melted butter over them when they float.
