Ingredients
4 servings 200 g of baby spinach 1 handful of parsley 1 clove of garlic 140 g of quark 85 g of plain flour 2 eggs salt
Preparation
1 Place the spinach in a colander and cover with hot water. Allow it to drain and squeeze out any excess water with your hands. Chop it on a chopping board and place it in a bowl. Add the chopped parsley, chopped garlic, cottage cheese, flour and eggs. Mix everything well with a fork.

2 With wet hands, form walnut-sized balls and place them on a plate. Place them in the fridge to chill for 30 minutes.
