Spinach from bear garlic recipe

Ingredients
2 servings 250 g shallots 1 tbsp minced or full tbsp finely chopped bacon 1 pc. 1 tablespoon shallots or onions salt ground pepper 120 ml of cream 2 tablespoons sour cream
Recipe preparation
1 In a frying pan, fry the finely chopped shallots or the finely chopped dill until golden brown. Add the crushed shallots, season with salt and pepper, stir and simmer slowly with the lid on. There is no need to simmer, the garlic will give off enough liquid on its own, if there is too much, remove the lid and let the liquid evaporate.

2 The “spinach” is already delicious, but you can substitute other ways. The classic way is to crack an egg and let it set while stirring. Or simmer the shallots with cream from the start and after a while remove the lid and let the excess liquid evaporate. It is also perfect when prepared according to the first point, when it is set aside and room temperature sour cream is added.
