Spinach balls with ricotta

150 g fresh spinach 250 g Ricotta cheese to taste salt, ground black pepper 1 pk egg yolk 1 KL dried garlic a little coarse flour 1 pinch nutmeg
procedure
1. Once cooled, cut the spinach into small pieces. Add ricotta, egg yolk, salt, pepper, dried garlic and ground nutmeg. Stir in enough flour to shape the mixture into round balls with your hands. 2. Put a tablespoon of salt in a saucepan of boiling water and gradually drop the mixture into the prepared balls. Cook them for about 7-10 minutes over a medium heat.
