1 tbsp vegetable oil 280 g leek 2 cloves garlic 1/2 tsp dill 1/2 tsp ground cumin 1/2 tsp ground cumin 1/2 tsp ground coriander 5 cups vegetable broth 1 packet Brussels sprouts 3 pcs carrots 1 pcs kohlrabi a little chilli pepper

1. Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan, add chopped leeks, garlic, dumbbells and fry for 2 minutes stirring occasionally. Add the vegetable stock, stir well and bring to the boil. 2. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the kale, carrots, kohlrabi and cook for another 30 minutes.Season the soup with salt and pepper and add a little chili pepper.
